| The ultrasonic flow meter measures the speed of a liquid or gas in a conduit using acoustic sensors, whose measurements are only slightly affected by temperature, density or conductivity. Inexpensive to install and maintain as these flow meters can be installed in almost any location without disturbing the pipe and in addition have low maintenance costs as they have no moving parts
